Entire Agreement. This agreement, and the terms for supplements and updates are the entire agreement for the App. If Microsoft is the App Provider, this section cannot be construed to change the terms of your relationship with Microsoft regarding Microsoft Office, the Office Store, or any other Microsoft product or service (which is governed by the software license terms that accompanied, or terms of use that are associated with, the applicable product or service).
Entire Agreement. The following sentence is added at the beginning of this Section 18:
Entire Agreement. This Agreement, including any addenda and exhibits and the referenced Order Forms, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the Cloud Services and any other matter hereunder, and supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, proposals, representations and agreements, whether written or oral, between the Parties with respect to the Cloud Services or any subject matter hereunder. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and either signed or accepted electronically by the party against whom the modification, amendment or waiver is schriftlich mitgeteilt wurde, zugestellt. Entire Agreement. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties in relation to the subject matter hereof and cancels, replaces and modifies any other agreement or understanding in relation thereto.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings or arrangements (both oral and written) relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Questionmark expressly limits acceptance to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the applicable Order form. Any terms and conditions contained in a Customer’s order, request for proposal, order acceptance or similar document from Customer shall not constitute a part of the contract of sale between the Parties. Customer’s registration for, or use of, the Service shall constitute acceptance on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and any additional or different terms proposed by Customer are hereby rejected.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between the parties with respect to any Services provided by Xxxxxxx. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, posted policies, guidelines, or rules that may apply when you use the Services, use or access the services, content or software of our affiliates, third parties or collaborating partners, or our enter sweepstakes, promotions, or contests.
Entire Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in a signed agreement between the parties, this Agreement constitutes the exclusive and complete agreement between Hyland and User with respect to User’s use of Software and/or Support, and supersedes all prior oral or written discussions, agreements or understandings. 9.3 Nebenabreden.
