Information and Evidence Obligations. Should there be any disagreement regarding whether a candidate is deemed to have been introduced by HR-Office under the terms set forth in Section 2.2, the Parties agree to promptly provide documented evidence to clarify the matter. The Client shall provide the necessary information and evidence by no later than the commencement of the selection or interview process.
