Packaging a) The packaging costs included in the fixed price include the packaging process and any necessary disposable packaging material. b) If the containers are packed in customer containers provided and the cleanliness of the containers in individual cases does not meet the quality requirements for the material to be transported therein, the supplier shall carry out cleaning measures for the containers at its own expense. If the packaging does not frequently meet the above requirements, proceed as follows: The supplier shall prepare, free of charge, orderly documentation of the incoming condition of the customer containers, including photographic documentation, immediately upon receipt, the photo documentation is forwarded to Handtmann; if necessary, free participation of the supplier in a clarification meeting with Handtmann's customer; and approval of cleaning/costs by Handtmann on the basis of the documentation. Details über die Verpackung regelt die konkret teilebezogene Handtmann- Verpackungsanweisung. Bei Fehlen einer Handtmann Verpackungsanweisung ist der Lieferant verpflichtet, diese bei Handtmann anzufordern. 9.
Packaging. The Supplier is obliged to pack the deliveries in a way that transportation damages can be avoided. Packag- ing materials are only to be used to the extent neces- sary for this purpose and must be in accordance with the packaging regulations valid at the time of delivery. These Conditions are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx. The Supplier has to take back the packaging materials at its own expense in accordance with these regulations and recycle them.
Packaging. Pack the defective product into the original packaging. If this no longer exists, use your own packaging. This should be robust and include sufficient packing material on all sides. We accept no liability for damage to the product during transport. Send the product without accessories and cables.
Packaging. 8.1 The Seller shall comply with the requirements of the latest applicable packaging ordinance and with any requirements specified from time to time by VICTREX, and all Goods sup- plied shall carry such labels as specified by VICTREX. Packag- es containing Goods supplied against our drawings, part numbers or catalogues must be marked with the appropriate reference or as otherwise directed by VICTREX. 8.2 The Seller shall take back used, empty packaging free of charge. If this is not possible, the Seller shall pay the corre- sponding, reasonable disposal costs incurred by VICTREX. 9
Packaging. Unless otherwise specified, packing of goods shall be in conformity with Seller’s practice for the transport involved. Costs for special packing at the request of the Buyer are not included in the price of goods and shall be paid by the Buyer.
Packaging. The goods shall be shipped in packaging which is appropriate to the product, paying due regard to the relevant environmental protection regulations. Any disposable packaging shall be taken back by the Supplier at its own cost. If the goods are shipped in reusable packaging, the Supplier shall loan such packaging to Vishay. Return shipment shall be at the cost and risk of the Supplier. If as an exception Vishay agrees to bear the packaging cost, this shall be charged to Vishay at the verifiable cost price.

EURO pallets, boxes and returnable containers are excepted from this and will be exchanged, i.e. charged for or credited. In the absence of specific agreement, SFS will choose a type of packaging which appears appropriate.
