Common use of REMEDY Clause in Contracts

REMEDY. 5.1 If the Customer breaches any provision of this Agreement ASK4 shall have the right to suspend supply of the Service and Additional Services to the Customer at ASK4’s absolute discretion or in the case of a serious or material breach or persistent breaches to terminate this Agreement by immediate notice. A breach of the User Policy attached as Appendix 2 will be treated as a serious breach of this Agreement.
