Spare Parts. At the time of conclusion of the contract STRÄHLE+XXXX is not entering into any obligation to supply the Customer with spare parts for the products. If necessary, the possible supply of any spare parts and the terms and conditions shall be negotiated at the appropriate time.
Spare Parts. The Supplier shall deliver spare parts at the same price at which the series has been supplied, over a twenty-year period, unless agreed otherwise. In the case of capacitive investments (presses, injection molding machines, etc.) it is the Supplier’s responsibility to provide the non- standard component parts during the life of the project. In either case, once the installation is delivered, the Supplier will hand over the necessary documentation to enable the manufacturing of specific spare parts.
Spare Parts. 11.1 Our contractual partner must ensure that spare parts can be supplied to us at our request for a period of at least 30 years, calculated from the last series delivery of a corresponding part, for every part delivered to us in the course of the business relationship. 11.2 Spare parts shall be supplied at the prices and under the conditions agreed between the parties for series supply at the end of the series, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
Spare Parts. The SUPPLIER is obliged to supply the product to Reutter Group over a period of 15 (fifteen) years, commencing with the end of the respective delivery. If the product cannot be produced at economically reasonable costs, the SUPPLIER may supply an appropriate substitute. For spare parts the last price valid for the serial delivery plus additional costs for special packaging shall apply for three years. After these three years the contracting parties will negotiate the prices for spare parts anew.
Spare Parts. 13.1. The Supplier guarantees the supply of replacement or compatible parts for a period of at least 15 years.
Spare Parts. If Supplier decides to discontinue the production of spare parts needed for the goods delivered to Bühler, Supplier shall notify Bühler in writing without undue delay after Supplier's decision but no later than three months prior to actual discontinuation.
Spare Parts. 12.1 The Supplier warrants that all spare parts necessary for the permanent use of the delivery item shall remain available for at least 5 years after delivery.
12.2 Should the supplier wish to discontinue the production of spare parts, he shall inform xxx AG immediately after his decision. This notification must be made at least 12 months before the end of production, subject to the provision under point 1.
Spare Parts. The Contractor shall grant to the Principal the supply of quality parts and components for the Equipment as spare parts for servicing purposes for a period of not less than 15 (fifteen) years from the date of delivery of the Equipment, or in any case for a period at least sufficient to satisfy the original equipment manufactures’ (OEMs) production requirements.
Spare Parts. 10.1 The Supplier shall be obliged to keep spare parts for the pro- ducts supplied to the Enterprise for a minimum period to 10 years after delivery.
10.2 If the Supplier intends to discontinue the production of spare parts for the products supplied to the Enterprise, he shall inform the Enterprise without delay after the decision about such a discontinuation has been taken. Conditional on the provision of Subparagraph 1 above, this decision must be made at least 24 months before the production is stopped.
