Spare Parts. At the time of conclusion of the contract STRÄHLE+XXXX is not entering into any obligation to supply the Customer with spare parts for the products. If necessary, the possible supply of any spare parts and the terms and conditions shall be negotiated at the appropriate time. 14.
Spare Parts. The Supplier shall deliver spare parts at the same price at which the series has been supplied, over a twenty-year period, unless agreed otherwise. Spare Parts. The SUPPLIER is obliged to supply the product to Reutter Group over a period of 15 (fifteen) years, commencing with the end of the respective delivery. If the product cannot be produced at economically reasonable costs, the SUPPLIER may supply an appropriate substitute. For spare parts the last price valid for the serial delivery plus additional costs for special packaging shall apply for three years. After these three years the contracting parties will negotiate the prices for spare parts anew.
Spare Parts. 6.1. Spare parts are supplied after EOP for a maximum of 15 years. 6.2. The parts price for spare parts and the all-time requirement must be agreed in good time before EOP. Xxxxxxxxxxxx reserves the right to manufacture spare parts after EOP in a simplified, series-like alternative process or to carry out a final stocking. All tools required for this remain with Xxxxxxxxxxxx. The production line will remain available for a period of one year after EOP. The all-time requirements for the final stocking must be agreed upon in the last year before EOP. A blanket order is to be sent to HAS for the agreed volume. This all-time requirement will be manufactured in the one year after EOP and offered accordingly. After final stocking, the production line will no longer be available. In the event that the final stock level is not sufficient, the spare parts will be manufactured in a production process similar to series production. These are offered separately. All tools required for production remain with Xxxxxxxxxxxx. The need for spare parts during series production shall be agreed separately between the Parties. 6.3. Spare parts are only delivered to the Customer, drop shipments will not be carried out. 6.4. Otherwise, these General Sales, Delivery and Service Terms and Conditions shall also apply to spare parts. 7. Shipping, Packaging and Transfer of Risk 7.1.
