VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The business relationship between HR-Office GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "HR-Office") and the Client of HR-Office (hereinafter referred to as "Client") shall be governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions. HR-Office and Client are hereinafter also referred to as "Party" or jointly as "Parties". Deviating agreements between the Parties shall only apply insofar as they are confirmed in writing by the Parties as part of the agreements made between them. Otherwise, the validity of deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of Client shall be excluded, even if HR-Office does not expressly object to them. These General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to all future transactions between the Parties without the need to refer to these General Terms and Conditions again.
