ABB Software definition

ABB Software means all computer programs (which may include mobile applications) pro- vided (or given access to) by ABB under the Customer Contract as part of or in connection with the Services, including any modifications, updates, upgrades, new versions or releases and derivative works as well as any related documentation, but excluding Third Party Soft- ware;

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
