Each Educational and Academic Member, while in good standing, shall be entitled to: (a) subject to such limitations as the Board of Directors may define in its sole discretion from time to time, appoint non-voting representatives to participate as observers in each Working Group established by the Corporation; (b) access to all Standards; and (c) the rights specified in Section 2.6(e) above.
