Active Term definition

Active Term means the term during which the Facility shall receive, transport, store and dispose of the Hazardous Wastes.
Active Term means that portion of the Term commencing on the Occupancy Date.
Active Term means a term for which Customer has a current subscription for service from Paladin. Active Terms become “Inactive Terms” upon the completion of their specified period and may be partitioned by several Implementation Periods which are limited by the Term End Date (e.g., If the contract is for three years, the active term shall be the three years, and each year shall be an Implementation Period). "Add-Ons" means the addition of one or more Drone (e.g., M30, M30T, M350, etc.) and/or Drone with a Docking Station under the Advanced Package.

  • The Total Term of Agreement shall commence from the Compliance Date and shall extend for a period of 40 (forty) years or a period of Active Term plus Post Closure Term, whichever is later, subject to any extension or prior termination of this Agreement.

  • Severance Term means the six (6) month period following Employee’s termination by the Company without Just Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Employee for Good Reason; provided, that if such termination occurs within twelve (12) months following a Change in Control, the Severance Term shall be the twelve (12) month period following such termination.

  • Termination for Good Reason means a Termination of Employment by Executive for a Good Reason.

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Effective TBD means that the date is to be determined by further Commission action. A date listed as "anticipated effective" may be subject to change. An Advice Letter Supplement is not a new filing, and there is no protest period unless indicated.

  • Involuntary Termination Without Cause means Executive’s dismissal or discharge by the Company other than for Cause or by reason of Executive’s death or Disability.

  • For Good Reason as defined in Section 6.4.

  • Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Without Cause Termination or “Terminated Without Cause” means termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company other than due to death, disability, or Termination for Cause.

  • Covered Activity means any activity in which a Covered Person must be engaged when a Covered Accident occurs in order to be eligible for benefits under the Policy. These Covered Activities are listed in the Schedule of Benefits and described in the Hazards section of the Policy.

  • Change in Control Period means the period beginning three (3) months prior to a Change in Control and ending twelve (12) months following a Change in Control.

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.
