Additional Option definition

Additional Option means an Option granted to an Optionee to purchase a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of shares of Common Stock tendered or relinquished by the Optionee in payment of the exercise price upon exercise of the Option and/or the number of shares of Common Stock tendered or relinquished in payment of the amount required to be withheld under applicable federal, state and local income tax laws in connection with the exercise of the Option as described in Article V.
Additional Option means any Option other than an Initial Option.
Additional Option. The Contract Value, less applicable premium tax, may be used to purchase any annuity we offer on the date this option is elected. Minimum Amounts—If your Contract Value is less than {$5,000} on the Annuity Commencement Date, we reserve the right to pay the Contract Value in one lump sum. If at any time your annuity income payments are less than the minimum payment amount according to the Company's rules then in effect, we reserve the right to change the frequency of your income payments to an interval that will result in a payment amount at least equal to the minimum. Additional Option means an Option issued by the Company in exchange for Shares delivered by an Optionee as full or partial payment of the Option Exercise Price of an Original Option pursuant to Section 2.3.8 of this Plan.
