Examples of Administrative Expense Bar Date in a sentence
Unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, the Holders of Professional Fee Claims shall file their respective final fee applications for the allowance of compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with such services through the Effective Date by no later than the Administrative Expense Bar Date.
Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.1 of the Plan and except with respect to Professional Fee Claims, requests for payment of Administrative Expense Claims must be filed and served on the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors no later than the Administrative Expense Bar Date.
Further notice of the Administrative Expense Bar Date shall be provided as may be directed by the Bankruptcy Court.
All requests for payment of an Administrative Expense that accrued on or before the Effective Date other than Administrative Expenses that have been paid or that relate to payment of professionals must be filed with the Claims Agent and served on counsel for the Debtors by the Administrative Expense Bar Date.
