Administrator Data definition

Administrator Data means the information provided to Microsoft or its Affiliates during sign-up, purchase, or administration of Products.
Administrator Data means any data or information provided by or on behalf of any Administrator to the Sub-Administrator/Accounting Agent pursuant to this Agreement.
Administrator Data means the information provided to iManage or its Affiliates during sign-up, purchase, or administration of the Cloud Services. Under the terms and conditions of the applicable Partner Agreement, iManage is entitled to suspend or terminate Customer’s subscription to the Cloud Services, Customer’s rights to access and use the Cloud Service, and remove and discard any Customer Data (pursuant to the terms herein), if iManage is notified by Partner of Customer’s failure to pay amounts due to Partner with respect to Customer’s subscription to the Cloud Services; provided that, if Customer properly pays Partner, failure by such Partner to make any requisite payments to iManage shall not affect the validity or enforceability of iManage’s obligations hereunder, nor shall it affect the validity of any access and use right which is subject to this Agreement. Customer consents to this suspension and termination right and acknowledges and agrees that iManage shall have no liability to Customer of any kind with respect to any such suspension or termination. Customer’s sole recourse with respect to any such suspension or termination shall be against Partner.

  • Customer consents to Microsoft and its Affiliates providing the Partner with Customer Data and Administrator Data for purposes of provisioning, administering and supporting (as applicable) the Online Services.

Administrator Data means and include (i) all data and information submitted or transmitted to United by Administrator regarding Administrator or its formulary advisory committee, Administrator’s formularies or Network Pharmacies, (ii) all data, records and information generated by Administrator regarding the business and operations of Administrator, (iii) all information pertaining to any programs, services or products marketed or offered by Administrator or any of its clients, (iv) any and all Administrator Content, (v) any trade secrets or secret business processes or methods of Administrator,

Confidential Information of any party includes all of such party’s work product and all of the deliverables developed by such party specifically for another party in connection with the services provided hereunder, including software, reports, data, information, works of authorship and inventions, and all documentation related thereto (excluding software owned by any third party and commercial off-the-shelf software).
Administrator Data means the information provided to CloudU or its Affiliates during sign-up, purchase, or administration of Products.
