Advertiser Content definition
Advertiser Content means any and all information, content and Ads that Advertiser uploads to or through, or deliver using, the Hosted Service.
Advertiser Content means the advertisements and other content submitted by the Advertiser to the Publisher for publication on the Website / Application;
Advertiser Content means an Advertiser’s advertising materials in any form or format, such as visual, written or audible communications, files, documents, videos, recordings, and that is made available to PARTNER through or for the provision of the I▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Technology.

If PARTNER wants to use applications to deliver Advertiser Content, PARTNER must disclose to the Visitor a clear and concise description of the core functionality of the applications (including a description of that functionality that is Media Partner’s source of revenue).
PARTNER acknowledges and agrees that as between PARTNER and I▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, I▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will not be liable for any loss or Claim: (a) arising from any of the Advertiser Content, including but not limited any errors or omissions therein; or (b) incurred as a result of PARTNER and its Users use of, access to, or denial of access to the Advertiser Content.
PARTNER agrees that when using the I▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Technology to promote Advertisers, it will only publish, transmit, upload and/or distribute information, data, content and material about PARTNER, Advertisers and Advertiser Content that is legal, accurate, and in accordance with the Partner Contracts.
More Definitions of Advertiser Content
Advertiser Content means the advertisements and other content posted to their advertisement listing via the provided management system or submitted by the Advertiser to the Publisher for publication on the Website;
Advertiser Content means information provided by or on behalf of Advertiser relating to the Advertising Services, including any and all Listings, data, content, images, photography, artwork, text, trademarks, trade names and other materials for Advertising Services. "BDX Distribution Channels" means Internet websites (including co-branded and mirrored versions thereof), interactive services, direct marketing campaigns (including email, text messages and other direct marketing methods), and other media (including any and all print media) owned or operated by or on behalf of BDX or its Affiliates, where Advertiser Content may be distributed and/or electronically displayed. “List” means to provide BDX with the current and updated Listing data for Advertiser’s communities or homes in such format and by such means as may be reasonably specified by BDX. “Listing” means the reasonably available descriptive and pricing information for Advertiser's new homes and communities, including, as applicable, the addresses, descriptions, available floor plans, elevation renderings and photos for each home offered for sale by Advertiser within such community and a link to Advertiser’s web site, each in such format and by such means as may be reasonably specified by BDX.
Advertiser Content means the content supplied by or on behalf of Advertiser to Virgin Media Television including the marks provided for the delivery of the Advertising Services.
Advertiser Content means all logos, trademarks, images, graphics, text, and other materials included by Advertiser in the Ads provided to Provider for use with the services.

You specifically grant us the right and license to insert the SuperGuarantee shield design into your eligible Ads and to remove it from ineligible Ads. You are solely responsible for the Advertiser Content and will produce and deliver all Advertiser Content in accordance with our then current guidelines, procedures, technical requirements, and deadlines. If you fail to comply, we may cancel or suspend your Ads or Services.
Advertiser Content means all Content that Advertisers post, uploads, submits or transmits to be displayed on the Site in designated advertising spaces.
