Advertiser Content definition

Advertiser Content means the advertisements and other content submitted by the Advertiser to the Publisher for publication on the Website / Application;
Advertiser Content means any and all information, content and Ads that Advertiser uploads to or through, or deliver using, the Hosted Service.
Advertiser Content means all ad content, including visual, written or audible files, videos, and/or 15 recordings, displayed, posted, uploaded, stored, exchanged or transmitted on or through VOILA.

  • This Agreement cannot be invalidated, and Station will not be liable for typographical errors, incorrect insertions or incorrect publication or omissions in any Advertiser Content displayed or published pursuant to this Agreement or omitted from broadcast or online publication.

  • Station is not required to display any Advertiser Content or other material for the benefit of any person or entity other than Advertiser.

  • Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that Taboola does not guarantee how often it will recommend any Advertiser Content or that the number of Clicks during any period will fully exhaust Advertiser’s Campaign Budget.

  • Accordingly, Advertiser understands and agrees that the Advertiser Content will be distributed pursuant to the Service and any related technology Taboola.com Ltd.

  • For example, if 1000 Impressions of an 8MB video Advertiser Content file were served hereunder, the Video Bandwidth Fee with respect that file would be $0.40 (i.e. 1000 Impressions * 8MB * $.00005).

  • If there is an interruption or omission of the broadcast and/or publication of any Advertiser Content or other material contracted to be broadcast and/or published hereunder, Station may suggest a substitute time period for the broadcast and/or publication of the interrupted or omitted Advertiser Content or material or run the Campaigns on the Station or on the Digital Property(ies) during an equivalent alternate time period, as determined by Station.

  • Taboola will use such Taboola Pixels for operational purposes such as to collect conversion data or hashed email addresses, perform platform analytics, integrate and link data (e.g., to enable Advertiser Content to be targeted in an optimal way), and otherwise optimize the manner in which it collects, segments, or targets the Advertiser Content.

  • A click will be counted each time a Visitor clicks on Advertiser Content as measured and reported in Taboola’s tracking logs (the “Click”), which are available to Advertiser anytime on Taboola Backstage; (ii) Cost per Thousand Impressions (“CPM”): Advertiser pays Taboola for each Advertiser Content impression and, in the case of video Advertiser Content, once a video ad has started to play (i.e., the first frame).

  • Advertiser, with Taboola’s prior written consent (email shall be sufficient) may, either on its own or by asking a Taboola Account Manager, implement third party trackers (i.e. pixel or tags) to track impressions of or Clicks on the Advertiser Content.

  • All Advertiser Content or other materials furnished by Advertiser for use hereunder will remain the property of Advertiser and, subject to Advertiser’s fulfillment of its payment obligations, will be returned upon request.


More Definitions of Advertiser Content

Advertiser Content means the advertisements and other content posted to their advertisement listing via the provided management system or submitted by the Advertiser to the Publisher for publication on the Website;
Advertiser Content means all Content that Advertisers post, uploads, submits or transmits to be displayed on the Site in designated advertising spaces.
Advertiser Content means content you, or any person(s) using your password, supplies to us, posts, or asks us to use in your Ads. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, record, modify, display, publish, publicly perform, distribute (in any form or media), transmit by any means, and create derivative works from the Advertiser Content in, and for the marketing and sale of our products and services. You specifically grant us the right and license to insert the SuperGuarantee shield design into your eligible Ads and to remove it from ineligible Ads. You are solely responsible for the Advertiser Content and will produce and deliver all Advertiser Content in accordance with our then current guidelines, procedures, technical requirements, and deadlines. If you fail to comply, we may cancel or suspend your Ads or Services.
Advertiser Content means information provided by or on behalf of Advertiser relating to the Advertising Services, including any and all Listings, data, content, images, photography, artwork, text, trademarks, trade names and other materials for Advertising Services. "BDX Distribution Channels" means Internet websites (including co-branded and mirrored versions thereof), interactive services, direct marketing campaigns (including email, text messages and other direct marketing methods), and other media (including any and all print media) owned or operated by or on behalf of BDX or its Affiliates, where Advertiser Content may be distributed and/or electronically displayed. “List” means to provide BDX with the current and updated Listing data for Advertiser’s communities or homes in such format and by such means as may be reasonably specified by BDX. “Listing” means the reasonably available descriptive and pricing information for Advertiser's new homes and communities, including, as applicable, the addresses, descriptions, available floor plans, elevation renderings and photos for each home offered for sale by Advertiser within such community and a link to Advertiser’s web site, each in such format and by such means as may be reasonably specified by BDX.

Related to Advertiser Content

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Advertiser means a physical or legal entity, whose products and/or services are advertised and/or are scheduled to be advertised on the Channel(s) and/or Digital.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.
