Agent User definition

Agent User the End User who uses the VCC Live Service for the purpose of communicating with the Subscriber's clients. User Data: the End User data (such as name, phone number, email address) entered by the Admin Users through the VCC Live Desk interface, primarily for identification purposes as well as for the Service Provider to be able to send technical, operational and development information associated with the Service to the End User. Client Data: the (imported, captured, stored, modified) data associated with the VCC Live Service processed pursuant to this Contract by the Service Provider, as data processor, on behalf of the Subscriber, as data controller, such as personal data, files, sound recordings.

Agent User means a person at a Customer’s contact center who interacts with customers via phone, email or chat, in order to fulfill customer requirements and who uses or accesses any Cloud Services product, other than other through eGain’s Self-Service cloud products. Related to Agent User

  • Agent Fee Letter means the Agent Fee Letter between Borrower and Agent, dated as of the Closing Date, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.
