Agents and subagents definition

Agents and subagents means you and your employees, any agent or broker you obtain or solicit who becomes a contracted agent or broker with the Company, and any agent or broker subsequently appointed or obtained by any agent or broker appointed by the Company directly or indirectly through you or any agent or broker network you have contracted.
Agents and subagents means any Person which directly or indirectly resells the telecommunications services of any of the Protected Parties on the Effective Date or on the earlier to occur of the Termination Date or the Six Month Anniversary Date. COMPETING BUSINESS shall mean any business conducted by a Person which is engaged in any business of any of the Protected Parties that such Protected Party is conducting on the Effective Date. CUSTOMERS shall mean any Person who has used the telecommunications services of any of the Protected Parties (1) on the Effective Date or at any time during the 12 months preceding the Effective Date or (2) on the earlier to occur of the Termination Date or the Six Month Anniversary Date.

  • Administrative Agent’s Fee Letter means that certain Administrative Agent’s Fee Letter dated as of January 13, 2010 by and among the Administrative Agent, International Paper and Borrower, as the same may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Lender Parties means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders, the Issuing Banks, the Specified Derivatives Providers, each co-agent or sub-agent appointed by the Administrative Agent from time to time pursuant to Section 11.5., any other holder from time to time of any of any Obligations and, in each case, their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Syndication Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Agent Professionals means attorneys, accountants, appraisers, auditors, environmental engineers or consultants, and other professionals and experts retained by the Administrative Agent.

  • Joint Lead Arrangers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
