Alarm Response Services definition

Alarm Response Services means attendance at the premises, as soon as practicable, after receipt of an actionable alarm signal by Western Plains Security & Locksmiths, during alarm response service hours (depending on the location and availability of patrol staff) to observe whether the premises appears secure by means of a visual external check at street level of areas immediately adjacent to the area in alarm. If Western Plains Security & Locksmiths holds keys and codes, the alarm response officer will reset the alarm. Alarm response service hours vary from the area and from time to time and may be confirmed through Western Plains Security & Locksmiths branch office. Attendances will be charged at Western Plains Security & Locksmiths’ standard rates unless a Basic Response Fee is specified in the Quotation. Where the Basic Response Fee is specified in the Quotation that fee only covers attendance on-site for up to fifteen (15) minutes is Extra Work and will be charged at Western Plains Security & Locksmiths standard rates.
Alarm Response Services means an option chosen by You in the offer which requires attendance at Your premises by our alarm response staff as soon as practicable during alarm response hours, depending on the location and availability of alarm response staff and which may include entry to your premises if keys are held by Us. “Alarm Signals” are signals transmitted from the Customer’s Alarm System to the Central Station when the Customer’s Alarm System is activated or generally communicates with the Central Station.
Alarm Response Services means attendance of a Guard at Customer Premises to investigate security of the Premises following activation of a security alarm and notification of the alarm to First Security by the Customer or a third-party monitoring service or technology.

  • Personal care services means both physical assis- tance and/or prompting and supervising the performance of direct personal care tasks as determined by the resident's needs and does not include assistance with tasks performed by a licensed health professional.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
