Alcohol Free Zone definition
Alcohol Free Zone means any designated area where alcohol is not permitted to be sold or consumed as part of a permanent or special occasion license;
Alcohol Free Zone means any area within a residential area demarcated by the relevant Municipality in any open public space (where municipalities have by laws applicable) to which the public has or is granted access (irrespective of whether the access is granted against any payment or not), which may include, any road, street lane or thoroughfare, public beaches, parks, any state private institution or any vacant land;
Alcohol Free Zone means a zone operating under this Division as an alcohol-free zone and in which the consumption of alcohol is accordingly prohibited in the circumstances and to the extent provided by section 512I.

For that reason, and in compliance with the Federal Regulations established by the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988, the school has adopted a Drug and Alcohol Free Zone Policy prohibiting employees and visitors from manufacturing, purchasing, consuming, possessing, and/or trafficking drugs or alcohol on school premises or CTEA sponsored events regardless of the location.
