Public Space. The Licensor reserves the right to use dining areas and other public spaces at other than serving periods, for meetings of Licensor employees or other assemblies. After each use, the Licensor will clean and rearrange the space without expense to the Licensee.
Public Space. Presentation of a commissioned work in a public or commercial place or one that is not part of the closed circuit (e.g. train, bus, hotel, store, lounge, museum, etc.)
Public Space. Lessee, its agents, employees, servants, passengers, customers and invitees are authorized to use, in common with the general public, public space in the Passenger Terminal Building and public streets, roads and driveways in the vicinity of the Passenger Terminal Building.

As part of the Closing Documentation for the Vertical Infrastructure Improvements, the City and the Developer or a Developer Subsidiary designated by the Developer shall enter into an easement agreement granting the Developer or Developer Subsidiary access and other mutually agreeable rights to utilize any public space or plaza constructed as part of the Vertical Infrastructure Improvements, including the elevated pedestrian bridge, walkway or overpass that connects the Mixed-Use Component.

1.2 Not to Occupy the Main Building or any part of it until the Public Realm, Roof Gardens and the Roof Gardens Access have been Completed to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council (and, in the case of the Public Realm, to the reasonable satisfaction of TfL) and a Provisional Certificate has been issued by the Council in respect of all of the works provided that the Council shall issue the Provisional Certificate promptly and in any event within 8 weeks of all reasonably required information.
1.3 To serve the Council with written notice of Completion of the Public Realm, Roof Gardens and the Roof Gardens Access within 14 days of its occurrence together with certified documentary evidence of the actual as constructed specification.
1.4 To permit the Council its agents and its surveyors access upon reasonable notice (SAVE FOR in the event of an emergency when no prior notice will be required) to inspect the Public Space.
1.5 To permit TfL its agents and its surveyors access upon reasonable notice (SAVE FOR in the event of an emergency when no prior notice will be required) to inspect the Public Realm.
1.6 The Developer shall be liable for the full cost of the delivery of the Public Space.

Public Space. City grants to Airline a nonexclusive license to use the Public Space within the Terminal, in common with others, subject at all times to City’s exclusive control and management of the Public Space. City shall have the right, in its sole and complete discretion, to relocate, change, or discontinue the use of one or more Public Spaces from time to time during the Term in accordance with the terms hereof.
