  • Once the Alipay Payment has been completed, the Merchant must ensure that the Alipay User receives a Receipt, either in paper form or as an Electronic Receipt, if the Alipay User has consented to receive an Electronic Receipt.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Alipay shall not be responsible for any claim or liability that the relevant Alipay User may seek from Company in the event of any delay in processing such Refund.

  • If the transaction documentation in respect of a dis- puted Alipay Payment is not received within this deadline, Nets shall be authorised to credit the Alipay Payment to the Alipay User and set off the amount of that Alipay Payment against any current or future settlement amounts due to the Merchant.

  • Alipay may incur reimbursement obligation towards Alipay User as a result of Unauthorized Payment.
