Allocation Request Form definition

Allocation Request Form means such form or forms as may be approved by Energen from time to time for use by a Participant to request (i) an allocation of certain deferred compensation and/or an allocation or reallocation of the Participant's Investment Account among available investment options pursuant to Section 7.2(c), (ii) that certain deferred compensation be allocated to the Participant's Company Stock Account pursuant to Section 7.1(g); and/or (iii) diversification of part or all of the Company Stock Account pursuant to Section 7.1(h).

Examples of Allocation Request Form in a sentence

  • Progress reports shall address the status of the project including the scope, schedule, and cost as listed in the Allocation Request Form or as listed in approved amendments.

  • Any failure to make reasonable progress, inconsistency with the EXPENDITURE PLAN or Proposition K Sales Tax Program Allocation Request Form, unauthorized use of GRANT funds as specified in this AGREEMENT, or other violation of the AGREEMENT that significantly endangers substantial performance of the PROJECT shall be deemed to be a breach of this AGREEMENT and cause for termination.

  • As a condition for reimbursement, RECIPIENT shall submit quarterly progress reports or reports at a different frequency as specified in the attached Allocation Request Form through the TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY’S online grants portal.

  • Each reimbursement request shall include RECIPIENT’S certification that the amounts sought are only for project elements included in the Allocation Request Form, and that RECIPIENT is in compliance with TAM’s requirements mentioned in this AGREEMENT.

  • If this GRANT leverages non-Prop K funds, the RECIPIENT shall expend this GRANT at a rate equal to or less than the Proposition K fund share as shown in the Proposition K Sales Tax Program Allocation Request Form, unless the TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY provides written approval of a different expenditure rate.

  • Any failure to make reasonable progress, inconsistency with the Expenditure Plan or Measure A Sales Tax Program Allocation Request Form, unauthorized use of grant funds as specified in this AGREEMENT, or other violation of the AGREEMENT that significantly endangers substantial performance of the project shall be deemed to be a breach of this AGREEMENT and cause for termination.

  • PROJECT shall mean the scope of work set forth in the attached TNC Tax Program Allocation Request Form.

  • Seller shall cause to be filed a Community Distributed Generation (CDG) Allocation Request Form (“Allocation Report”) with the Utility indicating the proportion of generated electricity to be allocated to Buyer’s Qualifying Location(s).
