Annual Budget and Operating Plan definition

Annual Budget and Operating Plan means, for any Operating Year, the -------------------------------- budget and operating plan in effect pursuant to Section 6 of the Services and Supply Agreement.

Related to Annual Budget and Operating Plan

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:
