Budget and Operating Plan definition

Budget and Operating Plan means the Pro Forma 2008 Forecast P&L, Cash Flow and Expense Summary contained in Section 8.8 of the Xxxxx Disclosure Schedule.

Budget and Operating Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.1.

Related to Budget and Operating Plan

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:
