Annual Leave Redemption definition

Annual Leave Redemption. Upon using eighty hours (80) of annual leave during the preceding calendar year, an employee may request to receive pay in lieu of up to a maximum of eighty (80) hours of annual leave accruals per year at the current hourly salary rate. Such an employee must have a minimum of forty (40) hours of accrued annual leave after the payment. Sec. 1307 Advanced Annual Leave Credit: New full-time regular employees shall receive 43.07 hours of advanced annual leave accruals as of the date of hire. Said annual leave advancement shall be balanced upon completion of 560 hours of compensable service or upon earlier separation.

Annual Leave Redemption. Upon using eighty (80) hours of annual leave in the prior 12 months, an employee may request to receive pay in lieu of either forty (40) or eighty (80) hours of accrued annual leave at his current base hourly salary rate. Such an employee must have a minimum of forty (40) hours of accrued annual leave after the payment. A request for payment in lieu of eighty (80) hours of annual leave accrual under this paragraph shall not be made more than once per calendar year. A request for payment in lieu of forty (40) hours of annual leave accrual shall not be made more than twice per calendar year provided, however, in no event shall the total number of hours redeemed pursuant to this provision exceed eighty (80) in any one calendar year.

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Optional Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Make-whole Redemption Rate means (i) the average of the four quotations given by the Reference Dealers of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Security on the fourth Business Day preceding the Make-whole Redemption Date at 11:00 a.m. (Central European Time ("CET")) ("Reference Dealer Quotation") or (ii) the Reference Screen Rate, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Redemption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(a) hereof.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Margin means the margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Price means, in respect of each Bond, (a) the principal amount of such Bond or, if this is higher, (b) the sum of the then present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the Optional Redemption Date on an annual basis (based on the actual number of days elapsed divided by 365 or (in the case of a leap year) by 366) at the Reference Dealer Rate (as defined below) plus 0.15 per cent., in each case as determined by the Determination Agent;

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Redemption Limit means the sum of the Maximum Daily Redemption Limits applicable to the LS Margin Account Agreement relating to the ETP Securities.

  • Change of Control Redemption Premium means 125%.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Price means $25,000 per share plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends plus any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period.

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Gross Redemption Yield means, with respect to a security, the gross redemption yield on such security, expressed as a percentage and calculated by the Financial Adviser on the basis set out by the UK Debt Management Office in the paper “Formulae for Calculating Gilt Prices from Yields”, page 4, Section One: Price/Yield Formulae “Conventional Gilts/Double dated and Updated Gilts with Assumed (or Actual) Redemption on a Quasi-Coupon Date” (published 8 June 1998, as amended or updated from time to time) on a semi-annual compounding basis (converted to an annualised yield and rounded up (if necessary) to four decimal places) or on such other basis as the Trustee may approve;

  • Tax Redemption The meaning specified in Section 9.3(a) hereof.

  • Special Mandatory Redemption Price means a redemption price equal to 100% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon from the Issue Date to, but excluding, the Special Mandatory Redemption Date as calculated by the Company.

  • Optional Redemption shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).
