Work Plan and Budget definition

Work Plan and Budget means either an Exploration Work Plan and Budget or a Development and Production Work Plan and Budget.
Work Plan and Budget or “WPB” means the work plan and budget provided in advance for the Project, which is prepared by the Recipient and for which IFAD has provided its non-objection. If the Project Implementation Period is eighteen (18) months or less, there will be a single WPB for the Project. If the Project Implementation Period is more than eighteen (18) months, there will be an Annual Work Plan and Budget (“AWPB”) for each twelve (12) month period during the Project Implementation Period. Every WPB must also include a Procurement Plan and cash flow forecast following the example set forth at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Association and adopted by the Recipient in accordance with the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Association.

Examples of Work Plan and Budget in a sentence

  • Only those activities that are included in an Annual Work Plan and Budget shall be eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Financing.

  • Have on file with OHA an approved Section 1 and/or Section 2 Work Plan and Budget using the format prescribed by OHA no later than 60 days after OHA notifies LPHA of anticipated funding allocation for the biennium.

  • The performance of this grant shall be conducted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, Procedures and Requirements, Project Summary/Statement of Use, Work Plan, and Budget of this Agreement, or other combination of exhibits specified on the Grant Agreement Coversheet attached hereto (collectively referred to as “Terms”).

  • The draft Development and Production Work Plan and Budget and the draft Production Plan referred to in the previous paragraph shall be prepared on the basis of the approved General Development and Production Plan and any subsequent amendments to the same.


More Definitions of Work Plan and Budget

Work Plan and Budget means each work plan and budget for the Project prepared by the Recipient and approved by the Bank pursuant to Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Work Plan and Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget acceptable to the Association referred to in Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Association.

Work Plan and Budget or “WP&B” means the work plan and budget for the Project, dated July 21, 2010, prepared by the Recipient and approved by the World Bank, as the same further referred to in paragraph 2.02 (d) of the Annex to this Agreement.
Work Plan and Budget means the written description of the Activities to be performed by each Party as specified by each applicable Project Agreement containing the estimated timelines/dates, deliverables and estimated budget for the various stages of the Project, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the individual Project Agreement.
Work Plan and Budget means the Work Plan and Budget as approved by the Board in accordance with Article 7, as amended from time to time.
