Only those activities that are included in an Annual Work Plan and Budget shall be eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Financing.
Have on file with OHA an approved Section 1 and/or Section 2 Work Plan and Budget using the format prescribed by OHA no later than 60 days after OHA notifies LPHA of anticipated funding allocation for the biennium.
The performance of this grant shall be conducted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, Procedures and Requirements, Project Summary/Statement of Use, Work Plan, and Budget of this Agreement, or other combination of exhibits specified on the Grant Agreement Coversheet attached hereto (collectively referred to as “Terms”).

The draft Development and Production Work Plan and Budget and the draft Production Plan referred to in the previous paragraph shall be prepared on the basis of the approved General Development and Production Plan and any subsequent amendments to the same.
