Antitrust Filing definition

Antitrust Filing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.02.
Antitrust Filing means a filing that must be made by either Party (or both Parties) to or with a Governmental Entity under any applicable antitrust, competition or similar Law of any jurisdiction applicable to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as identified in Exhibit C;

Antitrust Filing means filings by Junshi and Coherus with the United States Federal Trade Commission and the United States Department of Justice and any applicable governmental authority in the Clearance Countries, as required under any Antitrust Laws with respect to the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, together with all required documentary attachments thereto.
