APPROVED HARDWARE definition

APPROVED HARDWARE means Your hardware which has been certified and approved for use with Euphoria Telecom’s services.
APPROVED HARDWARE means Approved Data Servers, Approved Clients and Approved Operating Systems.
APPROVED HARDWARE means the hardware certified and approved by Netlayer for use with Netlayer’s Services;

  • These include but are not limited to the capability of the Approved Hardware, the hardware, the number of people using the mobile network, geographic or atmospheric conditions, maintenance requirements or equipment failures.

More Definitions of APPROVED HARDWARE

APPROVED HARDWARE means any device that supports the transmission of voice calls and/or packets over a mobile data network which we have verified to work with our Mobile Phone Service(s) be this owned by us or you;
APPROVED HARDWARE means (i) hardware on LobbyGuard’s then-current list of LobbyGuard Product-compatible hardware or (ii) Hardware submitted to LobbyGuard for testing and approved in writing by LobbyGuard as described in Section 2.4 hereof.
APPROVED HARDWARE means hardware or other equipment approved by Licensor and sold to Licensee by Licensor, which hardware or equipment can be used in conjunction or combination with the Software.

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.
