Assisting Party definition

Assisting Party means a party that provides assistance pursuant to this Agreement during an emergency or disaster.
Assisting Party means any Party furnishing equipment, personnel, and/or services to a Requesting Party under this agreement;
Assisting Party means a State, international organisation, any other entity or person that offer and/or render assistance to a Requesting Party or a Receiving Party in the event of land and/or forest fires or haze pollution.

  • Upon the provision of an invoice and statement of costs by the Assisting Party to a Requesting Party for the costs directly incurred by the Assisting Party for the provision of Aid, the Requesting Party shall pay such costs to the Assisting Party in accordance with the payment terms of such invoice.

  • After the Period of Assistance has ended, the Assisting Party shall have 45 days to develop a full reimbursement package for services rendered and resources supplied during the Period of Assistance.

  • All documentation and all information and data received and compiled by the Assisting Party while providing Aid to the Requesting Party shall be treated as confidential for the benefit of the Requesting Party and constitutes a part of the Requesting Party’s property and shall not be disclosed or made known to any other person except as authorized by the Requesting Party.

Assisting Party or “Responding Party” means the agency or organization which has received a request to furnish aid and assistance from another Party and has agreed to provide the same.
