Assumed Employee Plans definition

Assumed Employee Plans has the meaning set out in Section 9.4(a);
Assumed Employee Plans means those items set forth on S chedule 1.01 under the heading “Assumed Employee Plans”. “Assumed Leases” shall have the meaning set forth in the definition ofAcquired Assets”.

More Definitions of Assumed Employee Plans

Assumed Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a)(xiv).
Assumed Employee Plans means any Employee Plan set forth on Schedule 6.10(c), including Exide Technologies 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan, and the Exide Technologies Hourly 401(k) Plan, but excluding any Title IV Plan, defined benefit pension plan or supplemental or excess benefit retirement plans.
Assumed Employee Plans means any employee benefit plans (within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA), and each other material retirement, welfare benefit, bonus, stock option, stock purchase, restricted stock, incentive, deferred compensation, employment, retention, termination, or severance programs or agreements (each, a “Plan”), in each case pursuant to which any of the Greenrose Entities has any obligation with respect to any current or former employee of the Debtors, other than the Excluded Plans; provided, that nothing in this Section 2.3(c)(2) shall limit any obligation of NewCo to assume any Assumed Liabilities under such Excluded Plan to the extent expressly contemplated in Section 2.3(c)(1). “Excluded Plans” means those compensation and benefits arrangements, if any, set forth on Schedule 2.3(c)(2).
Assumed Employee Plans means the Employee Plans which the Purchaser agrees to assume in accordance with Section 2.02(a).
