Award Ceremony definition

Award Ceremony means the European Youth Capital Award Ceremony during which the Award is granted to the selected Short-Listed Candidate.
Award Ceremony. During the ceremony we will applaud the teams that are winning awards. When we applaud, we will stand to show our respect for that they have accomplished. Things we do not do at events: Uniforms may not be altered or worn in any manner not approved by the mentors. There will be designated check in times at least five times throughout each day. Students must abide by the code of conduct that was signed at the beginning of the season and recognize that they are being entrusted with a great deal of responsibility for their own behavior and personal safety. Students must remain with at least one Wolf Pack team member at all times. Instructions given by responsible adults must be carried out the first time they are given.. Bus Behaviors: Students should remain seated at all times, no loud or distracting behaviors. Food and drink (no glass containers) may be consumed, but mess should be minimized and cleaned up promptly. G-PG13 DVDs may be brought for viewing during the trip. Girls will sit in the front and boys will sit in the back. Hotel Behaviors: We will be on a floor with other hotel guests. Conduct must not negatively impact the stay of other guests. Team members may visit other rooms if doors are propped open. DO NOT let doors slam. Students must be in appropriate rooms at bed check and remain there. Lights out means lights out. Team members cannot fully participate and support the drive team and robot if they are not well rested.
