Backup Compounds definition

Backup Compounds means the Paratek Compounds that are listed on the Backup Compound List attached hereto as Schedule 2, as amended from time to time.
Backup Compounds means the Compounds identified in Schedule 1.14 as [****] or [****], as applicable, and any other Compounds having the [****] as [****] or [****], respectively; provided further, Backup Compounds shall not include any Compound which has a [****] from [****] or [****], respectively.
Backup Compounds means [***]; provided that, [***], then such compound shall be deemed a “Backup Compound” for all intents and purposes hereunder.

Backup Compounds means the Paratek Compounds that are listed on the Backup Compound List attached hereto as Schedule 2, as amended from time to time. 1.7 “Backup Compound Research Plan” means the written plan describing the research activities to be carried out by each Party during each Contract Year during the Backup Compound Research Program Term in conducting the Backup Compound Research Program pursuant to this Agreement, as such written plan may be amended, modified or updated. Each Backup Compound Research Plan shall be prepared by, or at the direction of, the Alliance Managers and approved by the JSC as soon as practicable after WCCI determines to conduct research on, or to identify, any Backup Compound pursuant to Section 3.5 and shall be attached to the minutes of the meeting of the JSC at which such plan was approved by the JSC. 1.8 “Backup Compound Research Program” means the collaborative research program conducted by Paratek and WCCI for the purpose of identifying or further researching or developing Backup Compounds pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement and reflected in the Backup Compound Research Plans. 1.9 “Backup Compound Research Program Term” means the date of approval by the JSC of a Backup Compound Research Plan and shall continue for such period as the Parties shall mutually agree in the Backup Compound Research Plan, subject to earlier termination upon termination or expiration of this Agreement pursuant to Article 10 hereof. 1.10 “Calendar Quarter” means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the last day of the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls, and thereafter each successive period of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 or December 31. 1.11 “Calendar Year” means each successive period of twelve (12) months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31. 1.12 “Clinical Trials” means, collectively, any Phase I Clinical Trial, Phase II Clinical Trial, and/or Phase III Clinical Trial.
Backup Compounds means, with respect to a Licensed Product, any Licensed Compounds that (i) satisfy the Development Candidate Criteria and (ii) were presented by ▇▇▇▇▇ to the JRC as potential Development Candidates at the same time as the Development Candidate contained in such Licensed Product was so presented.
Backup Compounds means any B2R Antagonist discovered or developed in the B2R Project and not being a Compound.
Backup Compounds means the fused pyrrolocarbazoles known as CEP- 4416, CEP-4715, and CEP-4574 or any other fused pyrrolocarbazoles owned by Cephalon which inhibit the Target(s) and are selected under the US Program for clinical development in the Field.
Backup Compounds means the chemical structure(s) described in Exhibit 1.1(h).
Backup Compounds means all Collaboration Candidates, Collaboration Molecules and Collaboration Compounds, except the selected Lead Compound and Backup Lead.
