Ballot Agent definition

Ballot Agent means Robert Berger & Associates.
Ballot Agent means Innisfree M&A Incorporated, which was appointed in the Ballot Agent Order to be the agent to receive and tabulate Ballots from Entities authorized by the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules, or a Final Order of the Court to vote on the Plan.
Ballot Agent means the law firm of Cohn & Kelakos LLP, counsel to the Debtor, in its role described in Section 7.2 of the Plan.
