Beginning Average Stock Price definition

Beginning Average Stock Price means the average closing price of the Company’s Stock over the 60 calendar day period ending on the Effective Date.
Beginning Average Stock Price shall be calculated as the average Closing Stock Price for the last 20 trading days prior to the first day of the applicable Performance Period.
