Benefiting Lands definition

Benefiting Lands means lands, other than lands that are the subject of the Owner’s Application for Subdivision or Application for Development, that are capable of being connected to or serviced by Excess or Extended Services and are identified as such in a Latecomer Agreement.
Benefiting Lands means the lands other than the Owner’s Lands that:
Benefiting Lands means any of the lands, excluding the SUMMIT SOUTH LANDS and excluding portions of lands not serviced by the CWS’s described in this agreement, shown as such in Schedules “D-1” and “D-2”, and any parcel of land subdivided from any such lands by any means (including subdivision plan, bare land strata plan, strata plan or lease) or into which any such lands are consolidated by any means;

More Definitions of Benefiting Lands

Benefiting Lands means lands, other than lands that are the subject of the Owner’s Application for Development, that are capable of being connected to or serviced by Excess or Extended Services.
Benefiting Lands means the real property described in column two and entitled "Legal Description" in Schedule "C" provided that the owner connects to and uses the Works;
Benefiting Lands means each of the lands shown shaded on Schedule A which lands may be connected to the Excess or Extended Services after Completion of the Excess or Extended Services;

Benefiting Lands means each of the lands shown shaded on Schedule A which lands may be connected to the Excess Services after Completion of the Excess Services;
Benefiting Lands means the lands outlined on Schedule "E" attached hereto, which are within the Benefiting Area and owned by persons who have not executed this Agreement.
