Best Value Review Date definition

Best Value Review Date means such date or dates for a Best Value Review of the Services or part of the Services (whether or not in conjunction with other Council services) as the Council considers, in its absolute discretion to be appropriate, to ensure compliance with its duty of Best Value means the Board of Directors of the Organisation constituted in accordance with its Articles of Association “Car Loans” means the car loans referred to at Part 2 of the Fourth Schedule and includes any renewals or substitutions thereof.
