escape route means the entire path of travel, measured from an escape door to the furthest point in any room in a building;

Route is a transmission path between one of CenturyLink's Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink's Wire Centers or Switches. A route between two (2) points (e.g., Wire Center or Switch "A" and Wire Center or Switch "Z") may pass through one (1) or more intermediate Wire Centers or Switches (e.g., Wire Center or Switch "X"). Transmission paths between identical end points (e.g., Wire Center or Switch "A" and Wire Center or Switch "Z") are the same "route," irrespective of whether they pass through the same intermediate Wire Centers or Switches, if any.
Backhaul means intermediate links between the core network, or backbone network, and the small subnetworks at the edge of the network (e.g., connecting cell phones/towers to the core telephone network). Backhaul can be wireless (e.g., microwave) or wired (e.g., fiber optic, coaxial cable, Ethernet).
Slots means the permission given by a coordinator to use the full range of airport infrastructure necessary to operate an air service at a coordinated airport on a specific date and time for the purpose of landing or take-off.

Transportation network company driver or “driver” means an
Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses, Non-Dispatched Charging Energy, and Load Serving Charging Energy) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load. Network Load shall not include Dispatched Charging Energy.
MFIPPA means the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
Airport means public-use airport open to the public without prior permission and without restrictions within the physical capacities of available facilities.
Fiber means a glass strand or strands which is/are protected by a color coded buffer tube and which is/are used to transmit a communication signal along the glass strand in the form of pulses of light.
Bandwidth means a distributor’s defined tolerance used to flag data for further scrutiny at the stage in the VEE process where a current reading is compared to a reading from an equivalent historical billing period. For example, a 30 percent bandwidth means a current reading that is either 30 percent lower or 30 percent higher than the measurement from an equivalent historical billing period will be identified by the VEE process as requiring further scrutiny and verification;
Loop or "Unbundled Loop" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.1.
Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.
Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.
Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.
Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.
Routes means that part of the Network specified in Schedule 2; "safety authorisation" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006; "safety certificate" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
port townsite means the townsite to be established pursuant to this Agreement near the harbour;
Gateway means the BT electronic gateway, used for all ordering or fault reporting as described in the relevant section of the Handbook;
taxiway means a defined path on a land aerodrome established for the taxiing of aircraft and intended to provide a link between one part of the aerodrome and another, including:
Digital Health refers to the use of digital and virtual tools, products, technologies, data, and services that enable improved patient experience and population health outcomes, care quality, access, integration, coordination, and system sustainability when they are leveraged by patients, providers and integrated care teams;
Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.
Transportation network company means a corporation,
Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.
BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.
