Broker Centres definition

Broker Centres means the broker centres notified by the Stock Exchanges where Bidders can submit the ASBA Forms to a Registered Broker and in case of UPI Bidders only ASBA Forms with UPI. The details of such Broker Centres, along with the names and the contact details of the Registered Brokers are available on the respective websites of the Stock Exchanges (xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx), and updated from time to time.
Broker Centres means the broker centres of the Registered Brokers where Bidders (other than Anchor Investors) can submit the ASBA Forms to a Registered Broker. The details of such broker centres, along with the names and contact details of the Registered Brokers, are available on the respective websites of the Stock Exchanges.
Broker Centres means centres of the Registered Brokers where ASBA Bidders can submit the ASBA Forms, provided that Retail Individual Bidders may only submit ASBA Forms at such broker centres if they are Bidding using the UPI Mechanism. The details of such broker centres, along with the names and contact details of the Registered Brokers, are available on the respective websites of the Stock Exchanges (www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com);

Examples of Broker Centres in a sentence

  • The list of branches of the SCSBs at the Broker Centres, named by the respective SCSBs to receive deposits of the Application Forms from the Registered Brokers will be available on the website of the SEBI (www.sebi.gov.in) and updated from time to time.

  • Bidders (other than RIIs bidding through the non-UPI mechanism) should submit the Bid cum Application Form only at the Bidding Centers, i.e. to the respective member of the Syndicate at the Specified Locations, the SCSBs, the Registered Broker at the Broker Centres, the CRTA at the Designated RTA Locations or CDP at the Designated CDP Locations.

  • Bidders should submit the Bid cum Application Form only at the Bidding Centers, i.e. to the respective member of the Syndicate at the Specified Locations, the SCSBs, the Registered Broker at the Broker Centres, the RTA at the Designated CRTA Locations or CDP at the Designated CDPLocations.

  • The details of Broker Centres along with names and contact details of the Registered Brokers are provided on the websites of the Stock Exchanges.

  • Applicants should note that they may submit their Applications to the Lead Managers or Members of the Syndicate or Registered Brokers at the Broker Centres or CDPs at the Designated CDP Locations or the RTAs at the Designated RTA Locations or designated branches of SCSBs as mentioned on the Application Form.

  • Bids by ASBA Bidders will have to be submitted to the Designated Branches or to the Syndicate at the Specified Locations or the Registered Brokers at the Broker Centres in physical form.
