Broker Manual definition

Broker Manual means Medica’s Broker Manual, as revised from time to time, the provisions of which are fully incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement and can be accessed: (a) upon completion of contracting with Medica online at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/Xxxxxx Portal/Medicare or Individual; or (b) through a password protected URL provided to Agency by Medica.

Broker Manual means Molina Healthcare’s policies, procedures, documents, educational materials, setting forth Molina Healthcare’s requirements and rules that General Agent and its Participating Producers are required to follow and is an incorporated document of this Agreement.

Examples of Broker Manual in a sentence

  • Upon Molina Healthcare’s approval, General Agent agrees that General Agent and its Participating Producers will market and sell Molina Medicare in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CMS Requirements and the Broker Manual.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Agency may use, display on the Internet, and distribute Medica’s service marks, trademarks, logos, marketing material or other information without Medica’s prior written permission in accordance with the Broker Manual.

  • If a marketing activity will occur within a healthcare setting it must follow CMS Requirements and the Broker Manual.

  • General Agent and its Participating Producers will comply with the Broker Manual, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and may be unilaterally amended from time to time by Molina Healthcare.

  • Upon request, Molina Healthcare may request the agreement between the General Agent and its Participating Producers to ensure compliance with CMS Requirements, the Law, and the Broker Manual.

  • In accordance with the Medicare Regulatory Requirements and the Qualified Health Plans Services Requirements set forth in the Broker Manual, Agency will, upon reasonable notice and demand by Medica, provide Medica with access during regular business hours to any records maintained by Agency, in connection with or relating to Agency’s services under this Agreement.

  • General Agent shall ensure that General Agent and its Participating Producers comply with the terms of this Agreement, CMS Requirements, the Law and the Broker Manual.

  • General Agent and its Participating Producers will comply with all Laws, including, but not limited to, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (“HITECH”) Act, Broker Manual, and CMS Requirements regarding privacy and confidentiality of a Beneficiary’s protected health information.

  • No Agent of Record change will be accepted by Medica at any time, other than as provided in the Medica Broker Manual.

  • General Agent shall participate in Molina Healthcare’s oversight and ongoing monitoring of General Agent’s performance of the services described in this Agreement, whether such oversight activities are performed by Molina Healthcare or its agents, as set forth below and per the Broker Manual.

Related to Broker Manual

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement. Provider Manuals are published on web-DENIS.

  • Program Manual means the United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine, Gypsy Moth Program Manual, 1994 edition.

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Procurement Manual means the Procurement Manual set forth as chapter 4 of the PIP (as hereinafter defined), which Manual sets forth the procurement management and institutional arrangements and obligations under the Project as such Manual may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Association and Recipient.

  • Advisers Act Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the Advisers Act.

  • Registered apprenticeship program means an apprenticeship program which is registered with and approved by the United States Department of Labor and which provides each trainee with combined classroom and on-the-job training in an occupation recognized as an apprenticeable trade and meets the program standards of enrollment and graduation under 29 C.F.R. s.29.6.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • SEBI Listing Regulations means SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended

  • Drug Free Workplace Act Party will assure a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76. Lobbying: No federal funds under this agreement may be used to influence or attempt to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a member of Congress in connection with the awarding of any federal contract, continuation, renewal, amendments other than federal appropriated funds.

  • Valuation manual means the manual of valuation instructions adopted by the NAIC as specified in this section or as subsequently amended.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • 1940 Act Rules and Regulations means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the 1940 Act.

  • Electronic Programme Guide or “EPG” means a program guide maintained by the IPTV Operator that lists television channels and programmes, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced guide that allows subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programmes.

  • Participating Prescription Drug Provider means an independent retail Pharmacy, chain of retail Pharmacies, mail-order Pharmacy or specialty drug Pharmacy which has entered into an agreement to provide pharmaceutical services to participants in the benefit program. A retail Participating Pharmacy may or may not be a select Participating Pharmacy as that term is used in the Vaccinations Obtained Through Participating Pharmacies section.
