Building D definition

Building D. The building in the Complex presently known as Building D and appropriately labeled on Exhibit A-I attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Building D means the dining area, kitchen, mechanical room, boiler room, chiller pad. "Building E" is the all purpose room, exercise room, showers and adjoining offices. "Building F" means the firearms classroom building.
Building D means that New Building to be constructed on Zoning Lot 1 on the Waterfront Parcel in the area delineated as “Building D” on the Development Plans.

  • The Developer will construct a mixed-use development in accordance with Exhibit D that will contain Building A, Building C, and Building D.
