Building D definition

Building D. The building in the Complex presently known as Building D and appropriately labeled on Exhibit A-I attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Building D means the dining area, kitchen, mechanical room, boiler room, chiller pad. "Building E" is the all purpose room, exercise room, showers and adjoining offices. "Building F" means the firearms classroom building.

Building D means that New Building to be constructed on Zoning Lot 1 on the Waterfront Parcel in the area delineated as “Building D” on the Development Plans.

• The Developer will construct a mixed-use development in accordance with Exhibit D that will contain Building A, Building C, and Building D.

Building D a building currently being planned, intended as a tower to be erected, if approval is forthcoming, above a portion of Building C.

Building D. Replace the existing wet pipe sprinkler system in Room 100-17 with a dry sprinkler system. Provide services to remove the existing wet pipe sprinkler system, design the new dry pipe sprinkler system, and modifications to the fire alarm system to monitor the new dry pipe sprinkler system. Provided that such modification from that presently depicted on the Site Plan does not materially and adversely impact Tenant's use of the Premises or the Common Area, then, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any such deviation from the location or dimensions presently depicted on the Site Plan shall be automatically be deemed approved by Tenant.
