Bundled Solution definition

Bundled Solution means the combined offering of the Software in conjunction with the Partner Product. Software cannot be used independent of the Partner Product.

  • Subscriber shall be responsible for all acts and omissions of End Users who use the Bundled Solution.

  • Subscriber may include Solo’s technical and marketing information provided by Solo in marketing materials about the Bundled Solution to End Users to promote the sale and distribution of the Bundled Solution.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Solo hereby appoints Subscriber, for the Subscription Term stated on an applicable Order Form, as a non-exclusive distributor of the Software as part of the Bundled Solution and Documentation in the Territory.

  • If Subscriber’s usage volume exceeds that stated on an applicable Order Form, Solo may invoice Subscriber for the excess usage in accordance with Section 4.1 of this Bundled Solution Addendum.

  • Subscriber warrants that it will: (i) avoid misleading or unethical business practices in representing the Bundled Solution; (ii) fairly and accurately represent the Software; and (iii) not violate any applicable laws in integrating the Software as part of the Bundled Solution.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Company Product means any product or service designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, licensed, or sold at any time by the Company.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Company Products means each product (including any hardware, Software and firmware product) or service developed, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.

  • Open Source Software means any software that is licensed or distributed under Open Source Terms as specified in the Licensed Materials.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.
