Business Occupant definition

Business Occupant means: 1) the owner or renter of a building that was situated on real property in the Western Addition A-2, Hunters Point, or Bayview Industrial Triangle Redevelopment Project Areas and that was acquired by the Agency after the date of (i) the adoption of the redevelopment plans or (ii) the receipt of funds for acquisition of property for these project areas, whichever date occurred earlier; or

Business Occupant means any person, persons, corporation, association, partnership, or other entity engaged in a lawful business within the Project Area for so long as such Business Occupant remains in business within the Project Area.

Business Occupant means any person, persons, corporation, association, partnership, or other entity engaged in business within the Project Area on or after the date of adoption of the Redevelopment Plan by the Board.
