Buyer Use Tooling definition

Buyer Use Tooling means the tooling used exclusively by Buyer;
Buyer Use Tooling means the tooling used exclusively by Buyer; 1.1.14 “Change(s)” mean(s) any modification to the Aircraft or any Product to comply with requirements set forth in this Agreement; 1.1.15 “Change Order” means any order for a Change, Improvement or Correction issued under this Agreement; 1.1.16 "Common Use Tooling" means all tooling required for use by both Supplier and Buyer for the purposes of assembly, disassembly and/or check of the Product; 1.1.17 “Component” means a LRU or any item of its breakdown including Piece Part, software and/or parts thereof; 1.1.18 “Corrected Product” means any Product which has been modified and/or corrected in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Agreement; 1.1.19 “Correction” means either (i) the correction or modification required to make any goods or Services to be provided by Supplier in connection with this Agreement, including, without limitation, Products, Spare Parts and Technical Publications, comply with the requirements of this Agreement or (ii) the replacement of any goods or Services to be provided by Supplier in connection with this Agreement, including, without limitation, Products, Spare Parts and Technical Publications, which do not comply with the requirements of this Agreement by goods or Services which do so comply; 1.1.20 “Critical Design Review” or “CDR” means the event in which is performed a critical design review assessment to confirm that the maturity of the design is appropriate to proceed with Product manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test as further detailed in the Exhibit I; 1.1.21 “Customer” means any owner, lessee or operator of an Aircraft, or an appointee of such owner, lessee or operator; 1.1.22 “Customer Support” means all activities required to be carried out by Supplier to give support to Buyer Group and/or Customers in relation to the Products and/or Supplier services, as set forth in this Agreement and its Exhibits, especially in the Product Support Agreement; 1.1.23 “Deliverable” means any Supplier obligation to be performed hereunder; 1.1.24 “Disclosed Background IP” means a Party`s Background IP that has been disclosed or otherwise provided to the other Party under this Agreement;

  • Supplier must prepare a list of Buyer Use Tooling and Common Use Tooling containing the Tool identification in accordance with the Exhibit E- Appendix A (Contracting Tooling Manual), ("Certified Tool List").

  • Seller Use means fuel used for gas compression, LPG plants and LNG plants, other gas needed by Seller's facilities to furnish the requirements of Buyers, together with unaccounted for gas. This gas shall be considered included in Priority of Service Category 1. Other vital uses of Seller, such as flame stabilization requirements, will be met as long as such uses do not jeopardize service to its firm service Buyers.

  • Purchaser/ User means ultimate recipient of goods and services

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Seller IP means (a) all Intellectual Property Rights in or pertaining to the Seller Products or methods or processes used or incorporated in the Seller Products, and (b) all other Intellectual Property Rights owned by or exclusively licensed to the Seller.

  • Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Tooling means tooling inventory, including but not limited to dies, molds, tooling, casting patterns, gauges, jigs, racks and stands for engines, cowls, radome and wheels, aircraft jacks, test benches, test equipment, lathes, welders, grinders, presses, punches and hoists and other similar items (whether or not completed or fixed or handheld).

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Product Warranty has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Sellers has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;
