Canadian Employee Plan definition

Canadian Employee Plan means any employee benefit, health, welfare, supplemental unemployment benefit, bonus, pension, supplemental pension, profit sharing, retiring allowance, severance, deferred compensation, stock compensation, stock purchase, unit purchase, retirement, life, hospitalization insurance, medical, dental, disability or other employee group or similar benefit or employment plans or supplemental arrangements applicable to the Canadian Employees.
Canadian Employee Plan means any employee benefit, health, welfare, supplemental unemployment benefit, bonus, pension, supplemental pension, profit sharing, retiring allowance, severance, deferred compensation, stock compensation, stock purchase, retirement, life, hospitalization insurance, medical, dental, disability or other employee group or similar benefit or employment plans or supplemental arrangements applicable to the Canadian Employees.
Canadian Employee Plan any employee benefit plan, policy, program, agreement or arrangement, including retirement, pension, profit sharing, employment, bonus or other incentive compensation, retention, stock purchase, equity or equity-based compensation, deferred compensation, change in control, severance, sick leave, vacation, loans, salary continuation, hospitalization, health, life insurance, educational assistance or other fringe benefit or perquisite plan, policy, agreement which is or was sponsored, maintained or contributed to by, or required to be contributed to by, a Canadian Domiciled Obligor, or with respect to which a Canadian Domiciled Obligor has, or could reasonably be expected to have, any obligation or liability, contingent or otherwise, but excluding the Canada Pension Plan and any provincial or federal program providing health benefits, employment insurance or workers’ compensation benefits.

  • Each Canadian Loan Party shall to the extent it receives any correspondence from any Governmental Authority with respect to any revocation of a Canadian Pension Plan or Canadian Employee Plan, promptly provide the Agent with such correspondence.

  • Each Canadian Loan Party will cause to be delivered to the Agent, promptly upon the Agent’s written request, a copy of each Canadian Pension Plan and Canadian Employee Plan and, if applicable, related trust agreements or other funding instruments and all amendments thereto.

Canadian Employee Plan means Foreign Employee Benefit Plans maintained for or covering any of the Canadian Employees.
Canadian Employee Plan has the meaning specified therefore in Section 4.13(k).
Canadian Employee Plan means a Canadian Pension Plan, a Canadian Welfare Plan or both. Canadian Guarantors shall mean collectively the Parent and each other Subsidiary of the Parent which joins this Agreement as a Canadian Guarantor after the date hereof pursuant to Section 10.13 [Joinder of Guarantors], each of which is referred to herein individually as a Canadian Guarantor. Each Subsidiary of the Parent that is organized under the Laws of Canada or any province or territory thereof shall be a Canadian Guarantor except for (a) the Excluded Canadian Inactive Subsidiaries, (b) Excluded Canadian Active Subsidiaries, (c) certain Subsidiaries as described in Section 7.2.8 [Subsidiaries, Partnerships, Etc.] and (d) the Canadian Borrower. Canadian Guaranty Agreement or Canadian Guaranty Agreements shall mean, singularly or collectively, as the context may require, the Guaranty in substantially the form of (a) Exhibit 1.1(G)(2)(B) with respect to the Parent and (b) Exhibit 1.1(G)(2)(C) with respect to the Subsidiaries that are Canadian Guarantors, executed and delivered by the Canadian Guarantors to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Banks on or after the date hereof, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Canadian Employee Plan means the retirement, pension, bonus, stock purchase, profit sharing, stock option, deferred compensation, severance or termination pay, insurance, medical, hospital, dental, vision care, drug, sick leave, disability, salary continuation, legal benefits, unemployment benefits, vacation, incentive or other compensation plan or arrangement or other employee benefit that is maintained or otherwise contributed to or required to be contributed to by GT Automotive Systems (Windsor) Limited (together with any predecessor or successor thereto or Subsidiary thereof (other than GT Shift Systems, Inc.), the "CANADIAN SUBSIDIARY") for the benefit of its employees or former employees of the Canadian Subsidiary.
