Case Data definition

Case Data means any materials associated with an applicant’s case file, whether submitted by the applicant or obtained or produced by the ADRB in the course of an adjudication, that were used in ARBA’s effort to identify Special Cases.
Case Data means the electronic information about a case, but not images of documents, maintained by the clerk or the court, generally found in a case management system, and often posted to the or the court’s website.
Case Data. Charges" means the data items added to the MedCo Database by the MRO after completing a medical legal report, as more particularly detailed in the MedCo Data Validation Rules; means the definition in Clause 7.1;

Examples of Case Data in a sentence

  • Customer understands and agrees that XXX.XXX may use, analyze, publish and otherwise exploit the Case Data and the Configuration Data, in aggregated and non-identifying form only, in connection with analyzing use of, promoting or otherwise improving the Caseload Manager.

  • Customer shall pay all reasonable expenses incurred by XXX.XXX in returning Case Data to Customer.

  • In the event that Customer utilizes the Completion Period, the obligations in this Section 9.3 related to return of Confidential Information and Case Data will apply after the end of the Completion Period, as applicable.

  • XXX.XXX shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or corruption of Case Data caused by any third party.

  • Customer grants XXX.XXX a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the Case Data and Configuration Data to enhance its software, programs, and services, provided that XXX.XXX uses such information only in an aggregated and anonymized form.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;
