Cash Incentive definition

Cash Incentive means the amount awarded to the Participant under The Boeing Company Elected Officer Annual Incentive Plan or the Incentive Compensation Plan for Employees of The Boeing Company and Subsidiaries, as applicable.
Cash Incentive means that amount of money to be reimbursed annually by County to Company as a grant herein calculated upon a percentage of ad valorem taxes assessed for a specified year for the Property, Improvements and Tangible Personal Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Cash Incentive means a cash payment made pursuant to this Plan with respect to a particular Performance Period, determined pursuant to Section 8 below.

Examples of Cash Incentive in a sentence

  • The Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan payout, if any, shall be paid in the same form and on the same date the active participants under the Omnibus Plan are paid.

  • Executive shall not be eligible for any new Annual Incentive Plan grants, Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan grants, or any other grants of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards under the Omnibus Plan with respect to the CIC Severance Period as defined immediately below.

  • In addition to the foregoing payments and benefits, the Executive also shall be entitled to receive the amounts due, if any, in respect of the Executive’s interests in the Company’s long-term incentive plans, including, but not limited to, (x) the Long-Term Performance-Based Cash Incentive Plan, and (y) the Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding, Executive’s Annual Cash Incentive, if any, may be below (including zero), at, or above the target based upon the achievement of the performance objectives.

  • Any unpaid Cash Incentive Bonus earned for the fiscal year that ends before the fiscal year during which the Executive voluntarily terminates (but no Cash Incentive Bonus will be given with respect to the fiscal year during which the Executive voluntarily terminates).

  • The pro rata share of any Cash Incentive Bonus that would have been paid to the Executive had the Executive not become Disabled based on the extent to which performance standards are met on the last day of the year in which the Executive becomes Disabled.

  • Any unpaid Cash Incentive Bonus earned for the fiscal year that ends before the fiscal year during which the Executive is terminated for Cause (but no Cash Incentive Bonus will be given with respect to the fiscal year during which the Executive is terminated for Cause).

  • The Company, through the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, retains the right to adjust your Annual Cash Incentive plan at any time as business circumstances or other factors reasonably dictate.

  • Any cash incentive compensation (“Annual Cash Incentive”) payable to Executive for a calendar year shall be paid to Executive at the same time that other senior executives of the Company receive bonus payments, but in no event later than March 15 of the calendar year following the end of the calendar year to which such Annual Cash Incentive relates.

  • Executive shall be entitled to participate in any and all other employee benefits and plans that may be developed and adopted by Employer and in which Executive is eligible to participate under the terms of such plans, including Employer’s Cash Incentive (“Profit Sharing”) Plan.

Cash Incentive means not more than Fourteen Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($14,200,000) to be provided to the Developer by the Town Parties from a portion of the proceeds of the Bonds and, if necessary, from other legally available funds of the Town Parties, for the purpose of paying all or a portion of the costs of the Public Infrastructure Project.
Cash Incentive means the amount awarded to the Participant under The Boeing Company Elected Officer Annual Incentive Plan or under Appendix A (Executive Eligible Employees) of The Boeing Company Global Annual Incentive Plan (formerly The Boeing Company Annual Incentive Plan).
