CBA Model Provisions definition

CBA Model Provisions means the model credit agreement provisions attached hereto as Exhibit "H", which have been revised under the direction of the Canadian Bankers' Association Secondary Loan Market Specialist Group from provisions prepared by The Loan Syndications and Trading Association, Inc.
CBA Model Provisions means the provisions attached hereto in Schedule A. "CDOR Rate" has the meaning ascribed thereto in the "BA Discount Rate" definition.

Examples of CBA Model Provisions in a sentence

  • For greater certainty, a provision of this Agreement and a provision of the CBA Model Provisions shall be considered to be inconsistent if both relate to the same subject-matter and the provision in the CBA Model Provisions imposes more onerous obligations or restrictions than the corresponding provision in this Agreement.

Related to CBA Model Provisions

  • Additional Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 15.01.

  • Special Provisions Special Provisions are specific conditions or requirements peculiar to the contract under consideration and are supplemental to the General Provisions. Should the Special Provisions conflict with the General Provisions, the Special Provisions shall prevail.

  • Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Federally Funded Contracts, Grants, and Purchase Orders subject to the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, As Amended, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Colorado agency or institution of higher education.

  • Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.

  • ESG Pricing Provisions has the meaning specified in Section 2.18.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Service Terms means the service terms applicable to each Service, which are made part of this Agreement upon the date you elect to register for or use the applicable Service, and any subsequent modifications we make to those terms.

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • Transfer Provisions means the provisions of Section 00-00-000 of the FILOT Act, as amended or supplemented from time to time, concerning, among other things, the necessity of obtaining County consent to certain transfers.

  • Special Terms and Conditions means any special terms and conditions supplementing and/or amending these Terms and Conditions.

  • Adjustment Provisions means all relevant provisions of these Conditions which provide for any adjustment, delay, modification, cancellation or determination in relation to an Index, the valuation procedure for an Index or the Preference Shares. This shall include the provisions of Condition 11 (Calculation Agent Modifications) and all subsequent Conditions.

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.

  • EU Model Clauses means the (Standard Contractual Clauses (processors)) or any subsequent version thereof published by the European Commission (which will automatically apply). The Standard Contractual Clauses current as of the effective date of the Agreement are attached hereto as Appendix 4.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Specific Terms The terms and conditions as set out in clause 34 onwards which apply in respect of the specific Equipment hired by the Customer.

  • Terms of Use means any privacy policy, terms of use or other terms and conditions made applicable by BNYM in connection with the Company’s or a Permitted User’s access to and use of a Component System or a BNYM Web Application or other access site or access method.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
