Cell Site Equipment definition

Cell Site Equipment means the physical facilities, including, but not limited to, any real property interests, transmitters, receivers, transceivers, transceiver cabinets, antenna systems, transmission lines, BTSs, RF combining and filtering equipment, multi-carrier channel amplifiers, power supplies, outdoor cabinets and/or shelters, environmental conditioning equipment, alarm and monitoring equipment and other miscellaneous equipment and facilities located at a Cell Site or BTS, as the case may be, and used to transmit and receive wireless communications in connection with a CMRS System and to alarm and monitor the CMRS System.
Cell Site Equipment means all Network Assets of Sellers and/or their Affiliates used or held for use in the Business and located on the Acquired Cell Sites or at the Acquired Cell Site locations.

Cell Site Equipment means the control equipment, radio equipment and filter equipment offered by Seller under this Agreement for use in a Cell Site. * As a matter of clarification, all other Software (not expressly identified and priced elsewhere in this Agreement) shall be provided in accordance with Seller's standard Customer Price List including any applicable volume discount that may be set forth therein).
