Security and Surveillance. 25.8.1 The District shall not use any technology related to parking enforcement or campus safety (i.e. license plate readers or cameras) to monitor classified staff whereabouts, locations, or hours spent on campus. 25.8.2 Security/surveillance cameras, will be installed only in public places, and shall be prohibited in classrooms, offices, restrooms, and break rooms. 25.8.3 Security/surveillance cameras are to be viewed only for theft and crime deterrent purposes by law enforcement personnel. Any data collected shall not be used for employee personnel matters except when substantiating criminal conduct or theft, at which time, only that portion of the data relevant to the investigation may be viewed. 25.8.4 Law enforcement personnel, in the course of a law enforcement investigation, shall be solely responsible for access to and distribution of any information received. At no other time will district-employed law enforcement personnel turn over or share any data captured by the security/surveillance cameras.

Security and Surveillance. A. CTS shall not require any Employee to take a lie detector test. CTS retains the right to monitor all of its telecommunications and radio transmissions. CTS reserves the right to make video and audio recordings on its properties and vehicles. The intent is that these recordings will not be used arbitrarily but used as an investigatory tool in conjunction with an accident, incident, public contact, security issue, at the request of an Employee, for training purposes, or for maintenance and repair use. B. Video and audio recordings may be used one minute prior, and one minute after, the alleged incident only as evidence in a disciplinary proceeding, if a willful violation of a CTS policy or procedure is observed.
Security and Surveillance. 22.1 The Employee agrees to permit, upon request by the Employer or Employer representative, to the inspection any bags, containers, vehicles or other personal property brought onto the Employer's property by an Employee.. 22.2 The Employee will not remove any object or property of the Employer from the workplace, unless the item is removed in order to successfully carry out their employment. After the completion of these duties, all such items must be returned to the Employer. 22.3 The Employee must inform the Employer of any such items removed from the workplace by the Employee, in accordance with clause 22.2.
Security and Surveillance. The Manager shall supervise appropriate security and surveillance for the operation of the Gaming Facility. All aspects of Gaming Facility security and surveillance shall be managed and administered by the Manager on behalf of the Authority. Any security officer shall be bonded and insured, either individually or under blanket policies, in an amount commensurate with his or her enforcement duties and obligations. The cost of any charge for fire, ambulance or other emergency public safety services will be an Operating Expense. The members of the Management Business Board and authorized officials of the Authority of which the Manager has been given notice pursuant to this Agreement shall have full 24 hour access to the entire Gaming Facility, including the surveillance room, and to all surveillance tapes and records. All surveillance and security records of any kind, including tapes, computer records and written files, shall be maintained at the Gaming Facility. All costs and expenses incurred in providing appropriate security, surveillance services and related ancillary services for the Gaming Facility shall constitute an Operating Expense. Subject to the provisions of the Compact, nothing herein shall limit the law enforcement authority of the Tribe on the Property.
Security and Surveillance. Manager shall be responsible for providing for appropriate security for the operation of the Businesses (including the hiring and supervision of security personnel), subject to regulatory oversight and access of the Tribal Gaming Commission, and all other Legal Requirements. A surveillance system (including without limitation, closed circuit television) for monitoring the activities of the customers, employees, supervisors and management personnel, as well as tracking the movement of all funds into, within and out of the Businesses and Facilities, shall be maintained by either the Manager or the Tribal Gaming Commission (as the Management Board directs).

There shall be no surveillance cameras or audio recorders used in any area where employees change clothes, take breaks, eat meals or use toilet/shower facilities unless the Union agrees. e. The Company will provide the Union within three (3) months of ratification information regarding the health hazards, if any, associated with the exposure to x-ray devices or various metal detectors used on the Company’s property. The Company will not require any employee to undergo any procedure if there is a documented health hazard. f. No pregnant employee will be subject to x-ray or other equip- ment for which medical evidence demonstrates a risk at any time during pregnancy. g. Company recorded telephone conversations by or between employees shall be archived at least 30 days and disclosed to the Union upon request. There will not be an unreasonable number of requests. There will be indication the conversa- tion is being recorded. Such recordings not made available to an employee at a disciplinary hearing shall not be used by the Company at a later arbitration hearing, unless first used by the Union.
