Centre Services definition

Centre Services the services listed in Part 3 of Schedule 3;
Centre Services means all services supplied to or in the Premises and the Centre including electricity, water, sewer and where applicable; gas, drainage, grease trap, fresh air, exhaust systems, sprinkler systems, heating, lighting, lift, elevator and travelator services, electrical services, communication services, electrical power supply, hydraulic services, mechanical services, the air conditioning system, Fire Prevention Equipment and includes the Lessor’s Fixtures.

  • The settings and preferences for your Contact Centre Services, including without limitation user rights, user skills, and permissions; routing, points of contact, scripts; registration Information; and activation of On-Demand CC Seats, among others, may be set and modified by those individuals whom You allow to have access to the web console (“Account Administrators”).

  • Records Centre Services provides off-site storage for all inactive records scheduled for selective or full retention.

  • The Group’s internal reporting organisation and structure is such that its services within the Data Centre Services business line are treated as one business segment taking cognisance of segment technology, market dynamics and consumer demand.


More Definitions of Centre Services

Centre Services means the services provided or procured by the Landlord in relation to the Centre as set out in Part III of the Fourth Schedule; Common Parts means the accesses, lifts, landscaped areas, car parks, and other areas or amenities at the Centre which are from time to time provided or designated by the Landlord for the common use, amenity or benefit of the tenants and/or occupiers of the Centre; Conduit means any existing or future media for the passage of substances or energy and any ancillary apparatus attached to them and any enclosures for them; Contaminated means contaminated or polluted in breach of Environmental Law and Contamination and Contaminant shall be construed accordingly;
Centre Services means the services listed in paragraph 3 of Part 4 of the Schedule;
Centre Services means the services provided or procured by the Landlord in relation to the Centre as set out in Part III of the Fourth Schedule; Concessionary Rent Period means the period beginning on the date on which the Contractual Term begins and expiring on and including 16 February 2019; Conduit means any existing or future media for the passage of substances or energy and any ancillary apparatus attached to them and any enclosures for them;

Related to Centre Services

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Healthcare services means any services included in the furnishing to any individual of medical, podiatric, or dental care, or hospitalization, or incident to the furnishing of that care or hospitalization, and the furnishing to any person of any and all other services for the purpose of preventing, alleviating, curing, or healing human illness, injury, or physical disability. Medically Necessary means medical, surgical, or other services required for the prevention, diagnosis, cure, or treatment of a health-related condition, including such services necessary to prevent a decremental change in either medical or mental health status. Originating Site means a site at which a patient is located at the time Healthcare Services are provided to them by means of telemedicine, which can be include a patient's home where Medically Necessary and Clinically Appropriate. Store-and-forward Technology means the technology used to enable the transmission of a patient's medical information from an Originating Site to the Healthcare Provider at the Distant Site without the patient being present. Telemedicine means the delivery of clinical Healthcare Services by use of real time, two-way synchronous audio, video, telephone-audio-only communications or electronic media or other telecommunications technology including, but not limited to: online adaptive interviews, remote patient monitoring devices, audiovisual communications, including the application of secure video conferencing and store-and-forward technology to provide or support healthcare delivery, which facilitate the assessment, diagnosis, counseling and prescribing treatment, and care management of a patient’s health care while such patient is at an Originating Site and the Healthcare Provider is at a Distant Site, consistent with applicable federal laws and regulations. “Telemedicine” does not include an email message or facsimile transmission between a Provider and patient, or an automated computer program used to diagnose and/or treat ocular or refractive conditions. General Requirements

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Foster care services means the provision of a full range of casework, treatment and community

  • Day-care services means care of a child for a portion of the day which is less

  • Primary care services means the services in respect of which NHS England has a duty or power to make arrangements pursuant to the Primary Care Functions;

  • Hospice services means symptom and pain management to a terminally ill individual, and emotional, spiritual and bereavement services for the individual and their family in a place of temporary or permanent residence, and may include the provision of home health and home care services for the terminally ill individual.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Special Services means all forms of services pertaining

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Long-term care services means services provided through the department of social and health services either in a hospital or skilled nursing facility, or in another setting under a home and community-based waiver authorized under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1396n.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Home health care services means medical and nonmedical services, provided to ill, disabled or infirm persons in their residences. Such services may include homemaker services, assistance with activities of daily living and respite care services.
