Change Order Process definition

Change Order Process has the meaning ascribed to it in Article 4;
Change Order Process means the method by which either Party may seeks a deviation from the Services then currently being provided to Client by OneNeck.
Change Order Process has the meaning given to it in Section 3.05 (Change Request);

More Definitions of Change Order Process

Change Order Process means the process for initiating, responding to, negotiating and implementing Changes and Change Orders as set out in Article 4 and, with respect to a SOW, such additional change processes as expressly set forth in such SOW.
Change Order Process has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2.3. “Confidential Information” means (a) with respect to the Recipient, (x) all information in the possession of the Administrator that in any way relates to the Recipient or its Affiliates, including Books and Records and, except as set forth in Section 8.7 in respect of Shared Customer Information, all Personal Information and Non-Public Personal Information in respect of Policyholders (including all aggregated, de-identified or other derivative data sets created therefrom), and (y) any information about Recipient’s process, services, finances and reserving methodology, furnished by Recipient, its Affiliates or their Representatives to the Administrator; and (b) with respect to the Administrator, all information in the possession of the Recipient that relates to the Administrator or any of its Affiliates or Subcontractors, other than the Books and Records and, except as set forth in Section 8.7 in respect of Shared Customer Information, all Personal Information and Non-Public Personal Information in respect of Policyholders (including all aggregated, de-identified or other derivative data sets created therefrom); provided, however, that Confidential Information does not include any information, documents or

Change Order Process means the process set out in Article 8.

Change Order Process means the process for modifying Services under a Statement of Work or requesting new Services under a Statement of Work, as described in Section 3.4.

Related to Change Order Process

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • RFP Process or “Bidding Process” means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the RFP itself;

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Tender Process means the procurement process for this Tender as set out in the Tender Document herein.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Detailed manufacturing or process data means technical data that describe the steps, sequences, and conditions of manufacturing, processing or assembly used by the manufacturer to produce an item or component or to perform a process.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Major processor means a user processing, handling, or manufacturing radioactive material exceeding Type A quantities as unsealed sources or material, or exceeding four times Type B quantities as sealed sources, but does not include nuclear medicine programs, universities, industrial radiographers, or small industrial programs. Type A and B quantities are defined in this rule.

  • Support Call Process means the support call process applicable to all of our customers who have licensed the Tyler Software. A copy of our current Support Call Process is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit C.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.
