Channel Inventory definition

Channel Inventory means inventory of the Products in the Channel and the Territory as of the Commencement Date that was not sold by Distributor.
Channel Inventory means inventory sold to distributors of the ORiNOCO Business for which revenue has not been recognized by Seller as of any specified date in accordance with Seller's revenue recognition policies as set forth in the Financial Statements.
Channel Inventory means products of the CSG Business in the inventory of OEM's and distributors of the CSG Business on the Closing Date, whether or not Sellers have received payment for such products.

Channel Inventory means the Seller Products shipped by the Seller to its distributors prior to the Closing for resale, regardless of whether any of the following is applicable: (i) the Seller has, in accordance with GAAP, recognized on or before the Closing, the revenue from the sale of such Seller Products to the applicable distributor, or (ii) the distributor to whom the Seller sold the Seller Products has the right to return such Seller Products to the Seller pursuant to the applicable distributor agreement or otherwise.
Channel Inventory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(e).
Channel Inventory means Inventory (wherever located and including in transit Inventory) that has been sold to distributors of the Storage Business, including for which revenue has been recognized by AMCC in accordance with AMCC’s revenue recognition policies.
